In all participating regions, pilot projects are conducted to collect and exploit locally used cooking oil, and to test and validate the best practices identified in previous phases of the project. The pilot-projects are supported by a promotion campaign aimed at raising awareness and prompt active participation from the householders and other interested stakeholders.
